30 Day Shred - Day 10 (22 days) Started Level2

Saturday, February 08, 2014

So its Saturday and I totally fell off the wagon this week! I have no idea why. Actually when I told my husband I missed four days he is like are you sure! Yes I am and I have this blog to prove it. Am I distressed that it is 22 days and I have done this exercise 10 times? Yes. Am I so proud that I have exercised 10 times over the past 22 days. YES. I know that I am supposed to exercise 5-6 days a week to finish this in 34 days however I am just so glad to be exercising again that I cannot be too distressed about that.

More good news I just finished level2! Whoohoo!I was dreading it sooo much that I decided today is the day! I went right through, stopped a couple of times and did the modifications but I did it all! I must have blacked out mid way through because I thought I did two circuits and I was wondering how am I doing a third circuit and I saw the words COOL DOWN come up! I have never been so happy to see the cool down come up. Actually it was not as bad physically as when I started level 1 at the beginning of the month. My pants are also starting to fall down. The scale says I have not moved but I have lost inches and getting definition back in my biceps and triceps!

Overall I feel so much better than January 1st! My clients have commented how much happier I seem. I am no longer snapping at my children or husband. Endorphins rock! Have a great weekend everyone and I really hope that you see me posting here again tomorrow.

it's important to be consistent and maybe a try looking at as a streak. Your restart goal is to do complete 24 days or something like that. But you should be proud - you've made progress and that is the main thing.
