Since coming back to sparkpeople about a month ago, I have been able to make some changes. Some are small, daily routine things, some are health changes. I lost 50 lbs. during a long stay at ww. It was discouraging to stay on the plan and lose 3 oz. in a week. I returned here because, as usual, I was gaining back the weight. I am a perpetual yoyo type gainer/loser.
Anyway, I have begun to walk daily (as long as the streets are clear of ice and snow), I am drinking water (at least 6 a day), I am adding fruits and vegetables every day. I try to read 3 or 4 articles/blogs every day for encouragement. I do not weigh myself. I judge my progress by my clothes. There is not much change, but enough to be encouraging. The one thing I cannot do is track. I don't know why. Weird but true.
Looking forward to keeping on point and continuing to make changes.
