Over the past couple of weeks I have fallen away from my regular schedule. I haven't been tracking my nutrition regularly, or been working out regularly, or even sticking to my sleep schedule!
The main problems are that my pain spiked for a few days and I fell out of the pattern of exercising! Then I lost the smartphone that I was keeping track of my Bodymedia armband on. I really loved using it because with the touch of a button I could see what my calorie deficit was at that moment. Which REALLY helped me to not over consume as well as to know when I would be in the clear to have an extra treat or something. And knowing how much activity I had done so far etc. Well when I lost that I quit tracking the nutrition and it all kind of fell downhill from there.
Well, my pain is 'okay' right now and I found the phone! So I'm going to start regularly tracking my food again. And making it a point to exercise. The sleep is going to be a major focus point this weekend as well. I need to get back on track with a specific schedule! Today it got real messed up because my body was exhausted because I messed up my med-cycle. SO, basically the point is....I REALLY need to get EVERYTHING back on a schedule! A regular routine was really working for me, so I am going to work hard at getting it back.
