Consistency is Key!!!!

Over the past couple of weeks I have fallen away from my regular schedule. I haven't been tracking my nutrition regularly, or been working out regularly, or even sticking to my sleep schedule!

The main problems are that my pain spiked for a few days and I fell out of the pattern of exercising! Then I lost the smartphone that I was keeping track of my Bodymedia armband on. I really loved using it because with the touch of a button I could see what my calorie deficit was at that moment. Which REALLY helped me to not over consume as well as to know when I would be in the clear to have an extra treat or something. And knowing how much activity I had done so far etc. Well when I lost that I quit tracking the nutrition and it all kind of fell downhill from there.

Well, my pain is 'okay' right now and I found the phone! So I'm going to start regularly tracking my food again. And making it a point to exercise. The sleep is going to be a major focus point this weekend as well. I need to get back on track with a specific schedule! Today it got real messed up because my body was exhausted because I messed up my med-cycle. SO, basically the point is....I REALLY need to get EVERYTHING back on a schedule! A regular routine was really working for me, so I am going to work hard at getting it back.

    I also find that if anything in my process gets out of order, I have a hard time keeping things going. For me it is pain, depression and fatigue (I have MS). I like the way you got back on schedule. It takes dedication to keep going when things don't go as planned. Good for you! emoticon

    I feel the same way. I ran out of protein powder this week and ithas thrown off my whole earthing routine. Headed to the store today! emoticon

  Start from where you are and do what you can! Consistency will create a habit and convict you. emoticon We all have our days and it's good that you're back on track. you know, your Spark page is available as well or use it as a back-up!
