Week Six: New Recipes--Well, For Me.

Day 7 on my February goals. Goal two is to have a healthy breakfast. I ate my banana and peanut butter breakfast wrap. I did stretching throughout the day, and I read an inspirational quote today.

Today I saw my massage therapist. I was so happy about that. She was able to work on my back and to work on my neck to stop the migraines. She did help for a while but goodness there is still lots of pain. Good news is I didnít wake up in pain this morning. That was a major plus.

Today I made two new dishes for me. The first is a chickpea sandwich filling; chickpeas, celery, onion, mayo, and dill. It was very good and I think adding garlic would be nice next time. The next one I made was granola; oatmeal, flaxseed, coconut, sunflower seeds, dried fruit (cherries), raw honey, and coconut oil. It turned out very nice. Iím happy about it and now I have some granola for my yogurt as a treat.

Here is my updated challenge information for the week, for the fling into spring Challenge. Iím going to be lacking in the exercise since Iím not cleared to exercise from the Doctor.
