I've come to accept that the nights I work 11pm - 7am, the next day will not involve any exercise beyond stretching and yoga. I do this shift two nights a week after I work at my FT job. It's not a hard job, it's actually easy and it gives me alone time to think. (I'm at work now actually. =P )
Something that I have realized is that around 3am I'll get very hungry and want to eat everything in sight. Luckily, there isn't any food here that I'm allowed to have until breakfast.
In order to keep my focus I am going to remind myself of the bigger picture: feeling healthy again! That's the ultimate goal right? To be healthy. :)
