I made it! Here is my breakdown for individual days starting with 2/1:
81,543 total steps for the week and an average of 11,649 a day! I found that it is easiest to walk the treadmill in the morning and get a good amount of steps in so I'm not obsessed with getting in steps the rest of the day. I did well with my exercise this week but really need to eat better than I did this past week.
