Today I tried a new fun workout!

It is called Bosu and it was harder than I thought! I was able to do it, even if I only lasted 20 minutes, I worked hard and worked up a sweat! Next time I will last longer. It was a really fun class! I am happy that I tried something new! Can't wait to do Boot Camp next weekend! Making progress!! Yes!!! I feel good:)

    They have these ay my gym, and I never used them. Maybe I will Google for exercise ideas and give it a try next time I'm there!
