February Goals

My goals for February are gonna be about getting things done:

1 plan out and prep for meals ahead of time

2 make arrangement's for medical transportation

3 be in bed with no computer and no tv by 10 @ the latest

4 continue to replace @ least 1 meal a day w/ a shake

5 make list of things that need to be done each week/day
