Day 7 and I'm still going strong. I'm at 40 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises and a 45 second plank. I'm also doing the plank challenge so it's for more seconds each day. The combination is working great. I'm SO much stronger than when I began!
Woweeeeeeeeeeeeee zowie!!!!!! You are going to be calendar girl material at the end of 30 days!!! What a workout! I doubt if you had any excess flab before you started, but you sure won't have any when you complete the challenge. Keep us informed ----- please!
