Let's see, what's been going on. I've been going to the gym regularly (with a break for a cold I had briefly) and have increased my biking from 15 minutes to 45 minutes already. I am also up to 20 minutes of rowing. Still haven't gotten into running as my hip is occasionally twinging from the biking but I am working up to it by walking quickly on the treadmill for 15 minutes before and after my workout. I started weights last week as well in an attempt to tone my upper body. I've lost a lot of strength since the last time I was into weights, WOW!
My raw vegan diet is hit and miss still. It's still so cold here that it's hard to keep up with it and stay warm. I'm throwing keto into the mix so I'm hoping the high fat can keep me warm. Or at least full up. Thought I'd give it a try and see if I had any results from that since I haven't seen any results from working out and eating healthy. I've had this problem before too. A few years ago I was working out 5 days a week, 2-3 hours a day and eating very controlled portions and after months of this I saw no difference in size or weight so I'm willing to try something a little different to see if it changes anything. Who knows, maybe this is the size I'm stuck with.
