Day 7 of Cycle 2

Friday, February 07, 2014

Things are going well. I got in another T25 exercise yesterday. Speed 1.0. Speedy is not what I would call myself, but I did my best and that is all that I can ask for. To complete week one, I need to get in a video everyday this week. I can't afford to miss a day because I started in the middle of the week. I didn't want to wait until next week to start. I figured that I would just jump in and get it done. I mean it is only 25-30 minutes. There is no legitimate reason that I can't fit in a 25 minute session. I hope to get in at least one jog this weekend. I need to get some stress out. Workouts don't do it, but jogging does.

Eating is going well. In cycle 2 you rotate days where you add carbs and different proteins. Someone on the 17DD Spark team had suggested rotating the C1 days with C2 days with even and odd dates and it is working so much better than my last round. It is so much easier to keep track of and I am actually rotating and adding. My first round with the 17DD was more C1 days with a couple of C2 days here and there when I thought about it. I am glad to be more consistent.

I hope for a good weekend! I am so glad it is Friday!

What a great idea to rotate the days, and also starting the workout in the middle of the week. There is no time better than the present.

That is so awesome that you know running has that effect on you so you "need" it sometimes! :) Great job!
