It was a pretty good day today. I cheated a little...it was one of my friends Birthday I had 1/2 of a piece of Birthday Cake. Then promptly went to dance off some of the calories. No real damage done, when I hopped on the scale this AM I had lost .4 lbs from yesterday's weight in.

Friday's are my planned "rest days" I will only walk the dog and follow my food strategy. No gym, no dancing (unless a good song comes on the radio), just to give my poor muscles a chance to rest. Come Saturday it will be back to the gym and (probably) shoveling snow!
