I was doing so good! Until last night's date at Texas Roadhouse. Steak, fries, ranch, a tiny bit of cheese. None of it was on my diet. But life's too short not to have good food.
In case you were wondering, the date itself, not that great.
I wanted to go ahead and track my measurements since it's the big Day 5! Tomorrow I only have 5 more days left on this cleanse and I can go back to eating my fattening food! (Just kidding! - I understand the point of this cleanse is to kick your bad habits!)
Upper Arm: 10
Weight: 142 (Down 5.6)
Waist: 27 (Down 1)
Hips: 33 (Up .5)
Thigh: 19, biggest part: 22.5 (Wanted that for record later)
Upper Arm: 10.5 (up .5)
So interesting measurements. I've lost an inch in my waist but I've gained inches in my upper arm and hips. When I say my hips, I always measure the biggest area of my stomach (pooch) so I'm going to accredit that to water bloat possibly?
Nice to see I've dropped 5 pounds so far though!
