I'm still here and going strong. I finally broke through to the 250s and have been hanging out between 255-257. Gym time has been scant this week between having to work and the snow that we've gotten in NY this week. It snowed Monday and Wednesday and we're due another storm this weekend. I know I should do a home-based work out on the days I can't get to the Y, but I'm not motivated to sweat with the oldies in the living room here. I just feel like it isn't worth the time. Which I know is silly, any exercise is better than no exercise.
