Not a bad week

It warmed up to double digits! I started weight training and have been getting my cardio in. Of course this means I haven't been logging my food because I can only succeed at one new habit at a time. The good news is I can't be doing that badly because there aren't fatty, sugary, salty snacks laying about the house anymore and I haven't been eating out. And I have proof (Men folk just skip to the next paragraph) I had to use the next smaller notch on my workout bra. Yay!

I do need to get back on the wagon because next week there will be chocolate. There will be chocolate at home, in the office and pretty much everywhere. I will not be indulging in the 1/2 of chocolate shopping extravaganza on the day after Valentine's day. Too much temptation and I'm finally making changes that stick.

I have a 60 minute weight training planned for tonight and I may go walking since the weather improved.

    Good for you !! One step at a time - I have gotten into the habit of donating treats upon arrival to the homeless shelter of straight to the freezer to over indulge !! emoticon emoticon Be brave - Karen
