... it has been a slow week. My intentions to exercise everyday was an epic fail; I have been so drained from all of this snow and cold here in Chicago. I take public transportation... between the layering up and walking through un-plowed and/or slippery streets... it is all so tiring! ... today I did get in a session with Cathe's XTRAIN Hard Strikes Timsaver premix of boxing only. Great workout, I am so glad that I did it!

Here are my stats:

Time: 34:24
Calories: 247

... I don't know what I am going to do tomorrow, but if I workout it will be low intensity, steady state, because today's workout was pretty intense!

    I schedule a REST WEEK every 5th week....all year long, every year.
It's fantastic.
I never get burnt out anymore....haven't for about 5yrs now.
The rest weeks come at the PERFECT TIME....when I'm wore out from working hard for 4wks.
It's my reward.
One rest day each week - and one rest week every 5th week.

Find what works for you.....and do it~

    I totally agree. I'm bummed out. It was -11 this morning. I'm sure as heck not going outside to walk in this snow in this cold. UGH!!!
