Week Six: I'm making good choices!

Day 6 on my February goals. Goal two is to have a healthy breakfast. I are my banana and peanut butter breakfast wrap. I did stretching throughout the day, and I read an inspirational quote today.

Today was ups and downs with the pain, it was waves but great news is I didn’t wake up in pain. I think that is a major plus.

I went with my friend to go shopping at Costco. We go about every 4 to 6 months. I only bought 5 things: balsamic vinegar, Benadryl, Zyrec, celery, and spinach. I have everything else I need for the month. It was an eye opening experience for me. I’ve been focusing on the quality of food I’m eating. Making sure that I’m not putting in processed foods (however at times I spill up), sugars, and a lot of junk foods into my body. I have very little sodium in my diet (other than what is naturally in the foods). So when I was watching what she was buying I would look at the information and content of it. My friend is vegetarian and in a good weight range however just because she is a vegetarian doesn’t mean she eats healthy. It made feel proud of the choices I’m making for my body. Even when looking at the both of us, she how is an ideal weight and body size and me how is morbidly obese, I know that what I’m putting into my body is better for me. I’m making good healthy choices. It was nice to put thing into perspective. Of what is more important to me and what I will be putting my time into.

I didn’t get to make my granola today but it’s my plan for tomorrow. I saw at Costco they have organic Coconut oil. This will be my list next time we go, even if it is 4 or 6 months out.

Here is my updated challenge information for the week, for the fling into spring Challenge. I’m going to be lacking in the exercise since I’m not cleared to exercise from the Doctor.
