I started one month ago today. I am still going strong. So strong that I feel like my muscles are fatigued. I almost took a break today. I was browsing through spark people and saw a link for a Jessica Smith resistance band video. I was inspired to try it. It was a great workout. I then hopped on the treadmill for a bit. Then to relieve some muscle pain, I popped in the Slim n Limber DVD. It felt SO good to get a good stretch. I'm glad to pushed through it. I will need to be careful not to overdo it. I feel like I am so gun-ho right now that I could go too far. I'm keeping within my calorie range and trying to make healthy choices. I can't wait for it to warm up a bit so I can get back outside to walk! I sort of skipped through the Slim in 6. I didn't do 2 weeks of each. They were a little too long for me to want to do them everyday. I'll definitely use them occasionally when I have time and desire to ;) They kill my butt and legs! "If it's burnin', it's workin'"
p.s. I am pretty sure I won't overdo it ;) I wouldn't do that. I just need to not take breaks or I'll get out of the habit. I always take Sunday off. I know that I will be sore, but need to push past it at times.
