So my challenge has been going well so far. Yesterday I was too busy to blog but I ate right and I got a workout in. I ran for 20 minutes then walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes with the incline all the way up. I feel like I am finally starting to get my motivation back. I'm having to force myself less to workout, and just doing it automatically. Also it's not so hard to eat healthy, although I'm still craving sweets. I stepped on the scale today too, and I think I've lost a few pounds but Saturday is my official weigh in, so we'll see.
Today breakfast was greek yogurt, strawberries, granola and coffee.
Lunch I had a turkey sandwich and baked chips. Dinner is gonna be a salad made with kale and baby spinach, topped with grilled chicken and tons of other veggies. And my snack for later is cut up peppers and cucumber and spicy greek yogurt dip. Yum.
My workout for today:
30 minutes ST legs/glutes
30 minutes sprint intervals on the treadmill
30 minutes on the elliptical
