Very very very sick with flu. Not able to do even light stretches this week. Was having workout pain before with light stretches, and now have to just take a break. Is putting a real damper on New Years resolution.

    Remember to listen to ur body when u r sick it knows what it needs. Drink lots of water!

    Don't even think about diet/exercise when you're sick. Soon enough you'll be back in good health and you can ease your way back into exercise. For now, focus on healing.
