I can't seem to get go my 10%. I was 200gram away, after slowing inching my way there over a few week. This week I gained a kilo. Really annoying. This next weigh in is my last, WW is too costly for me, so it'd be nice to get to the 10% goal.
I've up'd my fluids. I've been drinking a lot of herbal tea, I make a strong cup and pour it into my drink bottle and dilute it down.
I've also up'd my exercise. I've been doing several 10 minute bursts on my stair-stepper each day.
I really want to get to my 10% this week. Finish WW meeting on a high.
