Regular Day 28:
Active Challenge: While watching TV, get up every 30 minutes and perform the suggested exercises
Exercise Challenge: Part One: Take 20-30 minutes for some light-medium cardio exercise.
Part Two: Spend 20-30 minutes doing lower body exercises for the glutes, hips and thighs
Flexibility Challenge: Perform the stretches detailed in this Lower Body Flexibility Workout after your strength workout
Take this Snack Calorie Quiz (40%)
Make a list of the snacks mentioned that are part of your diet, making a note of the calories in each. (1 Large Banana - 120 cals, 1 cup of pop corn -50 cals, 23 almonds - 165 cals, 1 cup of grapes - 90 cals)
For any snacks that had more calories than you thought, write down some alternative choices.
Mind/Body Challenge: Take at least 5 minutes today to listen to your favorite song.
YES (Listened to my favourite song while working out today, and it did motivate me a lot)
