i need to remember to be consistent.
the scale was up a lb this morning. i was doing better when i weighed myself 2 times per week. dont know why it was up but i need to be consistent. dont get off track on weekends. i need to count calories and track them. just eating certain healthy foods without countin calories doesnt work for me. at least not yet. i can eat 500 calories worth of healthy foods when i dont count.
today is a fresh start from yesterday. i am making healthy choices. i am excercising more. i feel good about myself.
dr reports were all good and i thank God for that. they found a small mass on my breast. the ultra sound showed it was nothing. thank God!!!!
God is good.
