i need to remember to be consistent.

the scale was up a lb this morning. i was doing better when i weighed myself 2 times per week. dont know why it was up but i need to be consistent. dont get off track on weekends. i need to count calories and track them. just eating certain healthy foods without countin calories doesnt work for me. at least not yet. i can eat 500 calories worth of healthy foods when i dont count.

today is a fresh start from yesterday. i am making healthy choices. i am excercising more. i feel good about myself.

dr reports were all good and i thank God for that. they found a small mass on my breast. the ultra sound showed it was nothing. thank God!!!!

  That's awesome news from the doc!!! I agree consistency is key....I overate with my Seahawks being in the Super Bowl last weekend...and it's taking me all week to get that weight off. This weekend I need to do a lot better! We can do this!

Good News about the results from the Ultra sound.......We all have to remember the weight didn't add up overnight....so It will take time.....and we can do this together!
