Weekly Weigh In & February Goals

I had my weekly weigh in last night and I lost 1.8 lbs. My total weight loss after 4 weeks back at WW is 2.6 lbs. No exactly stellar, but it's better than gaining!
I'm a little disappointed in my progress so far since I wanted to be back at goal by the end of March. It's certainly been slower than my weekly losses 3 years ago. I met my goal on 3/30/2011 and became a Lifetimer at WW in May of 2011 (I know all of this because I found my weight trackers!).
I looked at my weight in February of 2011 and I am currently about 6 lbs. heavier. In February of 2011, I needed to loose 5 lbs. to get to goal and it took me 2 more months. Now I have about 11+ lbs. to get to goal!
Anyway, it's just numbers, but it's interesting and either motivating or disappointing - depending on how I feel at the moment!
Regardless, I know I'm eating right again and working on increasing the exercise.
So, my somewhat late goals for February will be:
Loose 2 lbs. by the 3/5 weigh in.
Cardio - 3 x a week (Wed - Wed)
Twice a week - some kind of exercise different than walking/running - not sure what this will be yet, but I need to do something different to "shake" things up!
On a different note - DD#2 will be getting her new puppy on Saturday. This will be some additional exercise since I know I'll have to help her walk the puppy, etc.
