So a friend of mine joined my gym, and was trying to get me to go, so I figured... why not? I'm paying for the stupid membership.
We went, and I feel so good right now. The only drawback is she's one of those that likes to go for hours at a time; I really get sick of it after an hour. I stuck with it, though, since it's been a while. I plan to do a cardio day tomorrow.
I have to remind myself not to be one of those people... you know, the gym knowitall? I know she needs some tweaks to her program, but that's not my place. I did give her a couple of pointers (higher weight, lower reps) and showed her how to do a plank, but otherwise, I'm trying to step back and let her do HER workout. If she wants my advice, she'll ask. ;)
