Pawse week 4
I'm down another 1.3 lbs this week still less then I wanted but it's good so I'm not complaining at all....I'm thinking of changing my calorie range since I know I'm moving to see whether that's what it is....this week I'm shooting for a 2 lb lost
My workout will include the following:
Wed: 90 min walk & Rev Abs
Thurs: Turbulent Twist, 60 min walk
Fri: 5K walk & ST or Rev Abs
Sat: 90 min walk week end Challenge
Sun: Weekend Challenge
Mon: Monday Maneuvers & 90 min walk
Tues: LCW= Last Chance Workout before weighing in So I'll be doing as many exercise minutes as I can possible get in
There were no huddles this week but I'm still going to change up my calories maybe go down 100 calories per day to see what that does....
Again my goal is to loose 2.0 lbs I can't wait to come back and report the lost I will do that this week....so 2lbs I'm releasing you this week I'm prepared with a new plan so you're out of here....
