Feb 6, getting back on track

I know I know I just blogged yesterday but I want to blog a bit more upbeat today and get myself right back on track!
I had a bad weekend/week so far and my weigh in wasn't great, but I know if I get right back on the ball I'll have a good weigh in next week!
I find when I'm in pain (which I still am a bit but not letting it derail me anymore!) I tend to eat. I'm also stressed about this job. It's a potential good stress but a stress non the less. It's an exciting opportunity and a great company! But it's longer hours and more traveling everyday. So I'm having a hard time deciding what's best for me and my family. I know I don't have to make a decision until they make me an offer (which is still a maybe right now anyways) But it's a huge life changing decision and I'm nervous!! So that sparks bad eating, mindless eating. NO MORE!! I've got this! I can handle life and still eat right!!
This morning, greek yogurt and banana for breakfast
I made this awesome salad! chickpea, cucumber, tomatoe, red onion, feta and some olive oil, herbs, balsamic vinegar! YUM!
Also back to drinking green tea with honey!
and packed a couple healthy snacks!!
I find planning is key for me! If I plan and pack then I'm good!! If I don't I eat whatever I can buy/grab and it's not good!
Tonight I have some haddock that I will bake for supper in some lemon/herbs and garlic, and boil 1/2 a sweet potato and some edemamme for dinner! :) YUM!!
Oh and also lots of water!! The key to avoiding more kidney stones is lots and lots of water!
