Things in my life have not been going all to well to say the least. I sold a home that my Mother had left me. Getting it ready after I had a renter from you know where - Stress!
Then I had to go to court as he didn't like the amount of money he got back - More Stress!
Looking for a new house with not much to look at - Even More Stress!
Finding out your DH is taking drugs besides drinking - Over The TOP!

So, how do you stay on tract when everything in your world is falling apart - You Believe in yourself! You believe you can do anything! You remember that you can do and why you are doing and for what reason - YOU! I just always think of the turtle and the hare and the little train that always say " I think I can". Well, I know I can!

I found a beautiful home and made it mine. DH is in Rehad and working on himself. With the money I saved on buying the house I am buying a small business for myself to keep my money and myself going. I am staying Strong, proud and working out - mind, body and soul. The person that is important is ME!

So, the answer to the question - How do stay on tract when your world is falling apart?

You Believe in Yourself that You CAN DO IT! YES YOU CAN! Just BELIEVE!

I am so sorry that you have had so many troubles, but you seem to have a really great attitude. I'm glad that you like WA state, me too!
I have been facing several trials myself and have a very small box to operate from. I had Acute Congestive Heart Failure last October and there have been major changes in my life and schedule because of this.
I was feeling great because I thought I had lost weight but then this morning when I stepped on the scale I was three pounds heavier. I'm so frustrated but know that this too shall pass, I have been on a plateau for the last two months,I thought it was over and I had started losing weight again, I guess it was a mistake.
When I read what you had written, I could really relate to what you had to say. I have to continue to see my glass as half full rather than 1/2 empty.
Tomorrow morning they are doing a left heart and ventricle Arteriogram. This is a test where I have a tube fed from my groin to my heart through a vein and they can see what heart damage I have.
I have added you as a SparkFriend I hope that's OK and I look forward to getting to know you better. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Sandy so happy you are in such a positive mode. That really is the key to it all. You believe in yourself-it really doesn't matter what anyone thinks or believes as only you are responsible for YOU. WTG girlfriend.

You are amazing and inspiring. When life is handing us the worst, we carry on because there is no other choice. You are not only carrying on, you are overcoming adversity with personal power.
