Cocoa Brownies~And Healthy At That!

Hello Sparkfamily! Yummy hot brownies right out of the oven with a glass of ice cold milk yum, yum! Take a look at what's coming out of my oven! And they are healthy too!
2 medium eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened natural applesauce
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F.
Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add applesauce.
Sift chocolate (such as Ghirardelli brand) with 2/3 cup whole wheat flour, powder, and salt. Stir into egg mixture.
Spread into greased 8x8" pan sprayed with cooking spray like Pam.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Note: add a small amount of chocolate chips if you like. Enjoy!
