Okay so I am doing the walk/jog 5 k program. It has been cold but I was determined to stay on track. I went out this morning and exercised for 30 minutes outside. When I came in my Husband was awake and looked at me like an idiot. HE says.....Where were you? I reply...Outside exercising. HE shakes his head and hands me his phone. The weather app says it is 13 degrees F. I knew the wind was miserable emoticon

Okay so maybe I won't go out tomorrow morning. Ill just suck it up and stay inside. Besides my cheeks are wind burnt. emoticon

    LOL, You are sooo motivated!!! Now that is freezing cold but hat's off for exercising. You are doing great but don't jeopardize your health by getting hypothermia. Keep up the awesome job!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    While you were exercising out there, you probably had enough sweat worked up to not feel it. Hopefully the windburn will clear up quickly for you.

Running indoors, at least for me, has always been boring so I can't blame you for wanting to get outside.

Hi. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Great idea to set yourself reward goals. For me, the reflexology is an attempt to improve my health, but perhaps I should follow your example and set reward goals. I love your pebble jars too. Good idea to have a visual reminder. Congratulations on your weight loss and your enthusiasm and determination - your family too! It's great that you're all on board together. It will certainly help. Just make sure to wrap up warmly if you're going out to exercise in the cold. Indoor exercise might be a better idea for now though. emoticon
