I'm sick :/ My head, throat and ears are full of bees and sharp things, and I get dizzy if I walk around.
I missed martial arts today :( Couldn't muster the energy to go and I didn't want to spread my plague.
However I did go already this week, and had an awesome session, 2 hours of hard-core training so that's a plus.
My workouts and nutrition aren't really up to much at the moment, think I'm running out of steam on this 'start of the year' challenge. I'm thinking of just doing week six and then designing myself a new program. Indeed I'm quite amazed I've stuck at this one for six weeks, I am usually one to like to change things up regularly... Though consistency is important so I always keep some things the same namely:
- Strength training three times a week
- High protein goal
The big three :) And if I stick to those I know I'm doing ok!
