Tiresome Day 27:

Active Challenge: Sit on an exercise ball for at least 5-10 minutes. Do this at least three times today.
YES (Doing that just tonight)

Exercise Challenge: Complete the suggested interval workout with any activity of your choice.
YES (With Jump rope/walking in place)

Flexibility Challenge: Do the exercises in this Yoga Workout after your cardio workout and at least one more time during the day.

Nutritional Challenge: Make your lunch healthier today
YES (Did eat vegetables today, carrots and spinach)

Mind/Body Challenge: Spend at least 5 minutes today relaxing and releasing tension in your neck and shoulders
NO (Not yet, might do that before resuming to bed tonight)

Record your workouts and meals in your journal
NO (Not yet)

    Good plan. I use my exercise ball for a chair and since I spend some time on my computer, I usually get at least an hour of core muscles worked.
