I know that one of the major keys to my success is getting to bed at an early hour. I seem to fight this all the time, so I am taking a new look at an old problem.
I need help from fellow Sparkers - I want to reward myself for climbing the stairs to my bedroom by 9PM. Of course the reward that came to my mind was dark chocolate. This is not the best idea for a diabetic. So I am asking for your help. What ideas do you have for a quick instant reward that I can give myself for heading to bed by 9?
