Day 4 of back on track

I was supposed to sub today but we have a snow day so I went out and shoveled part of the driveway. I plan to warm up and finish it later for the hubby. He will be happy and it is great exercise.

I will have plenty of time to get my hour on the treadmill and get my strength traing done. Yeah!!

I am watching my 2 grandkids on Thurs. and Fri. so it will be trickier to get all my exercise in but I know I will get at least 10 min. done. 10 is better than none. I feel better already because I am moving more. Now if I can get the eating under control. Oh, well! It will come.

    10 minutes is definitely better than none. I hope you can figure out some activities with the grandchildren to get your exercise in.

    One step at a time. I started the 10min/day challenge again at the beginning of the year (actually, New Years Eve was my first day of my current streak). It's a great motivator. I once had a streak of 370 days. Get your 10 in and stay active!

    Find something active to do with grand kids. Don't let them derail your streak! If I can get a grip on the food after a LOOOONG backslide, so can you. emoticon emoticon emoticon

We got 6 inches of snow, it was a good workout doing our drive also.
