Day 4 of back on track

I was supposed to sub today but we have a snow day so I went out and shoveled part of the driveway. I plan to warm up and finish it later for the hubby. He will be happy and it is great exercise.
I will have plenty of time to get my hour on the treadmill and get my strength traing done. Yeah!!
I am watching my 2 grandkids on Thurs. and Fri. so it will be trickier to get all my exercise in but I know I will get at least 10 min. done. 10 is better than none. I feel better already because I am moving more. Now if I can get the eating under control. Oh, well! It will come.
