Day 94 - X-Weighted - Choices!

Wednesday, February 05, 2014

Anyone else watch this?

I have been watching this for years! Paul Plakas! he is a straight shooter and often people do not want to hear what he has to say!!! I am the kind of person that appreciates honesty and he cuts through all the bullsh*t and says it like it is!! I think all his shows are re- runs now so I don't see it that often! I still enjoy the re-runs!!

Well, let me tell you that there is not much on tv at 5:30 in the morning!!!! But this morning there was an episode of X-weighted on one channel and an episode of Maury on another ( the lie detector indicated he did not sleep with the grandmother) lol !!!! Started both at 5;30 while I peddled some of the fat off me!!! Before I knew it the hour had gone by!! I absolutely love my bike,,,,I need to get on it everyday!!!!

Back to my topic!!! X-Weighted! I have always come away from that program being motivated! Watching other people transform themselves is a testament that I too can do it!! Although I don't think Paul would be vry happy with my pace!!! But I am doing it and making changes and I am slowly getting there!!!

Today when he was berating a client for not losing weight sufficiently he said:

"you are the sum total of the choices you make every minute of everyday"

I very very true and it made me think all the more about the choices I need to make to get where I wanna be!!!

he is right, every minute of everyday, I am faced with choices. My body is a refelection of all those choices!!!

Just for today, I am not going to focus on weight loss, I am going to focus on making the right choices!!!

Just for today I am going to choose well. That is all!!!
