If your here to find an easy fix a fast solution, I am here giving you some tough love. It isn't happening nor should it. But if you stick to and really try to eat right most of the time, and work out just thirty minutes a day , you will see results.
You may not lose 5 pounds in a week . In fact you probably won't. Be happy with one. And if you keep exercising all your muscles groups your body will get tighter and toner over time.
But as you are exercising , sleeping well , getting your water in and eating healthy your body is going through an awesome transformation. Your cells get healthier , your skin gets clearer and glows with fresh health. Your attitude and hormones will change for the better Your depression will lessen , Your muscles and bones will get stronger. Your lungs will work better. Your heart will get stronger. Some of the diseases you have will diminish or go away completely .
That my friends is so much better than a quick fix. Or a huge loss . That is fitness and health for life. We are not going to be perfect in our endeavors so just pick yourself up and keep going. Each new thing we do leads us to a new you . Every hour and day leads us to a happier healthier you.
