I'm so tired... Did not get enough sleep last night. Class was canceled due to the snow so I thought yay, I will have a chilled evening and go to sleep early. I had a chilled evening and went to sleep late.
I didn't lose any weight today. I'm not sure what I was expecting but at least I didn't gain any.
Dragged myself to class tonight. Fell asleep on the subway, woke up at the last stop (where I was getting off anyway) with a woman saying "miss, are you okay?". I told her I was fine, just tired. She offered me a cough drop. Not sure why, but I took it to be polite. Nice to know that people will not leave you asleep on the subway.
I really like these fruit and nut 'health' bars, so I decided to attempts my own recipe. I did almond, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, craisins, granola, and chocolate chips (a little indulgence) and mixed it with honey to make it sticky. Put it in the oven on 350 until golden, and it was delicious! A little too good. I nibbled at it last night when I took it out of the oven. maybe that is why I didn't lose anything. I have a rule that I don't eat after 8 pm, which I try to stick to as best as I can.
Besides for feeling tired, I did pretty good today food wise, and I am trying to get to bed earlier tonight.
I have reading to do for class. Homer The Illiad. Just the first line is putting me to sleep.
I hope I have a better day tomorrow.
