Day 66 - feeling down ...

so a few things have happened over the last couple of days - and I don't know why - but I just feel down / blah / flat ... I didn't blog yesterday - when stuff started going sideways ... but I'm blogging today without much to say. Going to keep getting stuff done - had a pretty productive day yesterday - and Monday's my day off - and decent today though I didn't feel very efficient. Going to head back to the Y in a little bit and work-out a little more.

    I feel you. I was down too, but I am feeling much better now. Besides, I remembered I am going to have a make-over day. I am even getting my hair done. Woo hoo! Just remember the old adage, "This too will pass" and working out will help you defeat the blues.

    Maybe your body and mind need a little rest. You've been taking on quite a few new things all at once, perhaps youre feeling low in energy / mood because you need to adjust. And your hip may still need to recover too.

    Don't forget to go back and look at the pic you posted of that very happy couple under your roof! Maybe that will cheer you up!

    I often have time of feeling down that have no basis in reality. I just keep telling myself that "This to shall pass" It usually gets me through to the other side. I hope you are feeling more cheerful tomorrow. It sounds like you are making positive choices even if you are not feeling the reward.
