OK, time to 'fess up. The last few times I had to post my weight for two teams, I didn't weigh.
I was so sure I hadn't lost anything that I just entered the weight of the week before. When I did work up the courage to get on the
, both times I had lost 2 lbs! What is wrong with this picture?
I'm afraid I've gotten so used to NOT losing, I didn't believe I could do it. I've done it before; I know I can succeed.
I need to remember that what I'm doing right
Working out consistently
Eating in cal range almost every day
Staying involved with and motivated by my teams
Meeting simple daily goals
WILL get results.
So, SABLENESS, get used to it!
