I have a confession to make....

Tuesday, February 04, 2014

OK, time to 'fess up. The last few times I had to post my weight for two teams, I didn't weigh. emoticon I was so sure I hadn't lost anything that I just entered the weight of the week before. When I did work up the courage to get on the emoticon, both times I had lost 2 lbs! What is wrong with this picture? emoticon

I'm afraid I've gotten so used to NOT losing, I didn't believe I could do it. I've done it before; I know I can succeed. emoticon I need to remember that what I'm doing right

Tracking everything
Working out consistently
Eating in cal range almost every day
Staying involved with and motivated by my teams
Meeting simple daily goals

WILL get results. emoticon

So, SABLENESS, get used to it! emoticon

Good for you! Thanks for your honesty -- and congrats on the weight loss. Tracking everything and staying in calorie range are HUGE challenges for me. But each day that I TRY is a good day.
