I would have been just fine without this day! It's been crappy since 12:05 am when I hear glass breaking (apparently my husband was having a hard time sleeping and has just fallen asleep because instead of jumping up to the sound of glass breaking he yells at the dogs to shut up) umm.....okay I guess I will go see who is robbing us....thankfully it was the cats knocking our brand new t.v. over and the breaking glass was all the frames falling off the walls and shattering on the tile below. After cleaning up that mess I finally fall back asleep...I should have just stayed that way all day but, instead I get up and start dreading the things I need to do which led to eating 2 pieces of Pizza left over from last Friday that should not have even been there .... then I follow that up with getting Chinese food ... didn't stop there 2 bowls of cereal and several slices of bread .....finally at this point I quit .... only because I thought my husband would be home soon and I decided I should go shovel our North facing steep driveway so that he could back in when he got home since I know he didn't get any sleep last night (cat story at the beginning) while shoveling the walk my 14 year old daughter says "Mom can we go for a jog"? (In code that means I jog faster than you so that would give me 15 min. to talk to the neighbor boy that you wont let me talk to until you get back) so I look at the sky ... the sun is out and I say sure but, we need to hurry it's going to be dark soon.....1 mile into our run it starts to snow (correction) It turns into an instant blizzard....does the teenager stop and head for home .....? NOPE she keeps jogging so I have to keep jogging because I can't leave her in a Snow storm / Dark / Rush hour traffic by herself ....we finally get home just as the blizzard passes by the sun returns and now guess what .... I get to shovel the driveway again......ugh I'm going to bed!! emoticon

A 24 hour period of stressful moments but LOTS of calorie burning exercising! Cleaning up a mess, shoveling snow, jogging in said snow, shoveling again. EXHAUSTING!

    Hope today was better!

The great news is that the snow shoveling and jogging helped burn some of the calories. The storm is scheduled to hit here over night tonight.
