Felt like Monday

Tuesday, February 04, 2014

okay today is Tuesday... but it sure did feel like Monday all over again. Monday that day at work that really is not fun... so here we go again. I had a hard day, got some bad news and my little monthly friend has showed up today too... thought I was on edge. Anywho... I was wanting something sweet today and how. I made wise decision and tonight made a health "sweet" and sour version of shrimp with real fiber apricot fruit spread and red wine vinegar... sweet peppers, onion, greenbean and it is very satisfying. I am content.. (for now) LOL I may get a few dark choc chips and put a half of a serving in a container and some smart pop popcorn. I don't k now we will see.. but I have a plan and that my friends I am finding out is the secret weapon... my best defense against the enemy.... have a great night :)

Man, 2 Mondays in a row, that's just not fair. But you did make some healthy food choices. I ate a lot of candy today and I don't normally do that. But it was soooo good. And pot luck dinner at friends house tonight. I'm sure I will have to watch out! Tomorrow is hump day, mike mike mike mike

    your meal sounds very good.

I like that you are planning ahead, that is my big problem. I eat and then think oh i can just have one more.... OR I am starving and then I overeat!
