Tuesday, February 04, 2014

So my son is still being a big pain in my butt and it is affecting my blood sugars! Before he started his crap I was averaging 110 a day. Now Im up to 120! Im following my diet and getting lots of exercise in but the scale seems to be stalled and my blood sugars are rising. Im sure it is stress. emoticon

Hoping you all are having better luck than I am right now! emoticon

Feeling for you! We love our kids but some days....grrr! As the saying goes...This to will pass....(we hope LOL) If you can just try to find a quiet place, sip some tea and breathe, you need to not forget to take care of you in all the teenage drama.

Sitting back with a nice cup a tea alone relaxing and deep breathes may help.

Eventually you will be able to look back one day and reflect on why did you stress out so much, life is good.

I'm surprised I didn't put my mom in the nut house. She put up with a lot of BS. Take care of yourself, I had no idea stress could affect blood suger, but it makes sense. Stress sure effects everthing else.
