Stress Buster Challenge- Week 3-Day 1

Last week did not go so well for me- found myself stressing over my job, finances, kids-- did a lot of deep breathing, and used the 3 minute stressbuster technique more than I'd like to admit. I will stay positive that this week will go well for me, and will take at least 10 minutes to unwind every day. I deserve it!!
