One of the main motivational mantras on my start page is to "Finish what you started".
So my 30-Day Challenge that is still pending is resumed today with a repetition of Day 26 (check my past blogs for what it entails). I am feeling so good with exercise after a long break (almost a month).
I am playing close attention to my meals and I keep reminding myself that:
100% Weight Loss = 80% Diet + 20% Exercise
I am happy with my life.
