Back on track!

Alright, started tracking my nutrition again yesterday. And started regular cardio again today. Did 20 minutes of Advanced Step on the Wii. I SO LOVE that thing!!! Best thing I ever got towards getting fit besides the Bodymeda band! Hope everyone is doing well on their journey!

    20 minutes is always an awesome starting point, but I've found that when exercise REALLY gets addictive is when you get to about the 50-minute mark. That's why I always try to do an hour whenever I can. You just come away feeling amazing. But any exercise is awesome! So glad you're back!!
