Day 3 - italian roasted vegetables

Day 3 was another good day :) I was down a full pound this morning! So that's 2 pounds in 3 days - Happy Dance
I changed up breakfast and had the blueberry pear compote with a little coconut milk. I like the flax seed granola but it's nice to have a change.
Lunch was broccoli soup and a side salad
Dinner was the roasted italian veggies with 2-3 oz of chicken.
Slice carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and red onion, add broccoli and toss with minced garlic, italian herbs and olive oil. Bake for 30-45 mins at 350F.
