so i love love love love my fitbit. i am super competitive by nature and i am having such a good time competiting with myself, to walk 10000 steps, to burn 2400 calories a day, to walk/run 5 miles a day. its really cool to have goals like that every day and be able to see exactly how you stack against them,
i also really like how it automatically adds in the extra calories i have burned every day, doing things that you dont really consider exercise.... carrying laundry up the stairs, walking to court, going to the mall. it all really adds up. and seeing the numbers climb, it makes me want to be more active in everything!!!!
so the super bowl was sunday. imade it to 10000 steps. i exercised sunday morning. and i ate some not so great for me things, but all in all, i think i was still at a calorie deficit. yay.
yesterday, i went to the gym, did 40 minutes of cardio, and a half hour of weight training and still didnt get my 10000 steps in. strange how it works.
today i am off to a great start. there isnt any good parking for the worcester court so i parked in the garage a block or so away. i walked up and down the stairs to get to my car (5 flights), walked to the court, walked back to the car. i am already at almost 2500 steps!!!!!
so for today, i am super motivated. super pumped to keep pushing. totally excited to wear a bikini on the beach in june. okay maybe not june. we will probably still have snow at that point.
so because jen is grumpy that i am not putting my weight tracker up, maybe i will entertain you with a different tracker. do i put the pounds lost tracker? or do i put the inches lost tracker. i think the inches one will be the most exciting :)
