The last few days, I felt like I was losing my mind. I wrote a couple blog posts and then deleted it all because it felt distorted, do you know what I mean? Then I realized: Oh it's PMS.
I won't go into terrible details, but the women in my family have awful PMS symptoms. But I've learned that eating well and exercising consistently can significantly reduce the anxiety, depression, and that general "crazy" feeling from 10 days of full-blown PMS, to 2-3 days.
Pass the broccoli.
