I find the revolving screen on my check in page very helpful. I had forgotten about my goals and I look and here they are right in front of me. I have a few for May 1 st and it is coming. Having these goals for instance motivated me to get out to the new arena walking track to do 8 laps (2 Km) last night.Got to shake up and melt the fat. Use it and lose it, SPARKIES.
