I've started my strengthening challenge for February and I want to publicly make a note of where I am now so that I have a comparison at the end of the month and additional motivation to show some changes when the month is over. My goal is to lose 5 pounds and see a measurable difference in my muscle tone and dimensions. Since August when I started Spark, I've lost a total of 13.6 pounds and 8.5 inches overall, but I haven't been very consistent in my exercising. I'm hoping to correct that starting with this month! I especially want to decrease my hip & thigh measurements.
February Starting Measurements:
Weight: 151.40 pounds
Waist: 26.5 inches
Hips: 41 inches
Thigh: 24 inches
Bicep: 13 inches
Calf: 15 inches
